Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa, one of livestreaming’s most recognizable women, is something of a tour de force. She’s building an empire, after all, having bought a gas station, purchased an inflatable pool company, sold water straight from her hot tub, and slung beer made with her vaginal bacteria. Love her or hate her, Amouranth is a savvy businesswoman making millions upon millions of dollars every year. Now, she’s using some of those millions—17 of them, to be precise—to add another expensive purchase to the pile: a 2,213-acre fruit orchard in and around Florida.

Amouranth tweeted on November 28 that she bought a total of four different orchard fields within and surrounding the Sunshine State. This acquisition, she said, cost her $17 million, with an additional 928 acres available for her to purchase for another $7.2 million. That’s a lot of millions, in case you lost count.
In some follow-up tweets, Amouranth explained the “what” and “why” behind making such a massive land grab. She said the “main crop” of the fruit orchard field is Valencia Oranges, a sweeter breed of the fruit that’s primarily used in orange juice production. As for the why, stability is one part, but the other is the anticipated “steady increase in value” of the property over time.
She is a capitalist, though, so a third piece of the rationale puzzle is taking advantage of Schedule F Bonus Depreciation, a policy that went into effect in 2022 that allows farm owners and taxpayers to reduce their short-term taxable income by the cost of depreciable assets to increase tax benefits in the long run. Essentially, she’ll take a financial hit now in order to recoup those losses in the future. Oh, and she’s “slowly but surely” set to surpass Bill Gates in terms of land ownership. Everyone’s got their own goals they want to achieve, am I right?
This goal of Amouranth’s is a lofty one, to be sure. According to a January 2023 report by Business Insider, the Microsoft co-founder owns some 275,000 acres of farmland spread across 18 different states. While it’s unclear exactly how much land the Twitch streamer owns, a car wash she scooped up in August 2022 sits on roughly 1.5 acres. Earlier this year, according to Essentially Sports, the ASMR queen also said she would buy 10,000 acres of undeveloped wilderness and call it “cheeseburger ranch.” (That sounds like a joke, if you ask me.) Assuming she did buy 10,000 acres of land and didn’t announce it, and combining all the rest that she owns, Amouranth would be sitting on an estimated 12,214.5 acres of land. Any way you slice it, she’s got a long way to go if she plans to overtake Bill Gates.

The sometimes controversially risque content creator was one of the most-watched broadcasters on the Amazon-owned livestreaming platform. Amouranth eventually made the jump to the rival platform (and gambling-backed website) Kick in an estimated $7 million non-exclusive deal in June 2023, going on to become the most watched female streamer there, as well. It seems her empire only grows larger as the years go on.

An Onlyfans star has come up with a creative way to earn a few extra dollars - making beer out of her very own vaginal yeast.
Kaitlyn Siragusa, who goes by Amouranth online, is collaborating with Polish beer company The Order of Yoni to sell her own unique type of alcoholic brew.
The Houston-based Twitch influencer, who started streaming in 2016, has revealed that she is 'confident' her vaginal yeast drink will be a success.
She told Dexerto: 'It's hilarious. People will buy it for sure. I don't know if they'll actually drink it, I mean, they'll probably drink it.'

The Order of Yoni, which specializes in using the unusual ingredient for its Women's Essence line, described the vaginal yeast brews as 'a sensual experience in the form of a beer.'
Elaborating further, the company states that to make the drink the gynecologist collects a vaginal smear from the participants - usually models.
'These smears are taken to a laboratory where bacteria are isolated, cleaned, then analyzed and multiplied,' the blurb reads.

'At the end of the process, the bacteria are used to produce the pure lactic acid that goes into Yoni beer.'
Discussing her involvement with the European brewers, Amouranth told the publication: 'Basically I pap smear myself. They want to make beer using my vaginal yeast… like the same profile, I guess.'
The Order of Yoni has made it clear that lactobacillus - a type of bacteria - is used rather than yeast.
Her venture comes after her fellow internet personalities also launched themselves into the beverage industry - but notably without using any part of their anatomy.
Logan Paul and KSI unveiled their Prime drink in 2022 and Dr Disrespect released his own bourbon later that same year.

The star claimed the accolade of being the most watched female streamer in both 2021 and 2022 - and she is no stranger to making headlines.
She previously alleged that she was being blackmailed by an Instagram employee who was demanding $2,600 a month to stop the social media platform from removing her photos for 'violating' nudity rules.
Earlier this year, Amouranth caused quite the stir once again by allowing fans to hire out a virtual AI clone of her so they can live out their 'wildest fantasies' - all for a very hefty price of $1 per minute.
Most recently, the gamer revealed that she had been diagnosed with late stage ovarian failure at age 29 - a condition that occurs when the ovaries stop functioning as they should before age 40.

The streamer’s purchase also comes with an option to acquire an additional 928 acres at one of the sites for $7.2 million, according to the post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Siragusa, a Texas resident, said she was investing in land “mainly for the stability” and for the value she expects the land to produce in the long run, noting some of the land is located near a city and “might end up having other uses.”
The Twitch and Kick streamer said she’s “slowly but surely set to overtake Microsoft founder Bill Gates’ roughly 275,000 acres of farmland, which the billionaire has said he invested in to create more jobs and up the farms’ production.
Forbes ValuationWe estimated Siragusa generated $15 million in gross earnings in a year leading up to June 2023, landing her the No. 27 spot on our top creators list.
Key BackgroundSiragusa is one of Twitch’s most popular streamers, boasting 6.4 million followers. Though that success hasn’t stopped her from seeking business opportunities elsewhere. In June, she signed a non-exclusive platform deal with Twitch’s rival streaming platform, Kick, which allows her to promote her adult products and content on platforms such as OnlyFans and Fansly. Siragusa makes $1 million a month from OnlyFans and Fansly and is estimated to rake in $7 million annually from Kick. She’s also managed to cash out from sleeping on stream, broadcasts that have netted her between $10,000 and $15,000 each time, according to a podcast she appeared on this year.
